We are a friendly group of like-minded people interested in art who meet on a Friday every fortnight at the Forum from 1.30-3.00.

We do not have a teacher, but a few of us have painted for a number of years so we can help one another if necessary.

During the session we use pencils, charcoal, watercolours or acrylic paints and refer to photographs or images from phones or tablets. We find that we are encouraged by seeing what others are creating and can learn how to use other media.

It’s a very informal group and I would encourage anyone to ‘have a go’ – you may be surprised at the masterpieces you can achieve!
